Public Health Nurses and Case Investigators collect patient information, manage patient care, and perform medical services with Nurse Case Management (NCM). NCM manages protocols and directs users to collect required information and fill out proper forms. NCM also guides users through a series of set procedures in program areas including STD, TB, Lead, etc.

Authorized administrators can edit existing protocols and develop new ones as the need arises. In addition to this advanced case management, NCM also provides unique reporting capabilities that will allow CDPH to efficiently bill for services rendered to both the State and Federal government.
